You know when you go to the chiropractor and they pull on your head to stretch your neck out and how much relief it gives you? This does the same thing. When it arrived, my neck had been hurting for 3 days. After 10 min of wearing this neck device, almost all of my pain was alleviated. The outside is made of comfortable fabric. Great product.

I have degenerative bones and arthritis in my neck. My wife has a device you lay on the floor to use it and it is so old and fragile, a new one costs $250+. This is so much more reasonable, and you are able to use in any position. I normally use it to stretch my neck a bit while I’m working or watching TV. It is convenient and I plan to take on vacation to Alaska because it takes up only a small amount of room. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Very easy to figure out. Definitely stretches out my neck. Keeps me pain free between chiropractor appointments. It does feel similar to the neck traction that I get at my chiropractor. I like that it's soft and easy to adjust, and will continue using.

I never thought this could help me reduce my cervical pain at night. The same day I started using it, I immediately felt a difference. I use it while working on my Pc and get the job done. This makes me have my back straight and keep my head looking forward. People say it is uncomfortable, but it is excellent. Don't try to sleep with it because it is painful. How many times do I use it?I use it for at least 20 minutes per session three times daily, and I feel the difference.

I have many neck issues. cervical stenosis, spurs in my neck, impingement, disc degen etc. This is a great little portable device for home or away. Better than my inversion table.
